If you need a new resource cfg just reset your Sims 4 folder The file gets created by default Do this by moving or renaming the Sims 4 folder to Sims4Backup launch the game and exit package files would show up in your game if they re located in the Female folder But script files in this folder will not work If that doesn t I d suggest removing it and trying to redownload it again
