With a 3 lift not level I would say something close to 35 like a 305 60 20 or even just a 35 tire When I say lift I mean front and rear When you do just a leveling kit you should Since you have 4x2 Maxtrax spindle lift would be the best lift for 2wd tacomas Google it For tires biggest would depend how how big you want to chop You could even fit 37 if you like
